2. Eligibility:

• Referrals can be made by both existing students and individuals who have not yet enrolled in a course with KnowMinds.
• The referrer must provide accurate contact information and relevant details of the referred individual.
• The referred individual must consent to being contacted by KnowMinds.

3. Referral Process:

• Referrals can be submitted via email at info@knowminds.com or through WhatsApp/call at 8114670482.
• The referrer must provide the full name and contact details of the referred individual.
• The referred individual must successfully complete the enrollment process and make the course payment.

4. Conditions for a Successful Referral:

• The referral must result in a new student enrolling in and paying for a course.
• The referred student must not be an existing student or already in contact with our enrollment team.
• The referred student must complete the payment before the referral bonus is issued.

5. Referral Rewards:

• If the referred student enrolls in a course priced above ₹10,000, the referrer will receive a ₹1,000 referral bonus.
• If the referred student enrolls in a course priced below ₹10,000, the referrer will receive a ₹500 referral bonus.
• If a referrer who has never taken a course with KnowMinds successfully refers a new student for a full course, they will receive a ₹1,000 referral bonus.
• The referral bonus will be issued only after the referred student completes their first course purchase.
• The bonus will be transferred via bank transfer.

6. Limitations:

• There is no limit to the number of referrals a person can make, but rewards are limited to one per referred student.
• Referrals made through fraudulent or unethical means will be disqualified.
• KnowMinds reserves the right to disqualify any referral that does not meet the policy terms and conditions.

7. Shipping and Delivery:

• KnowMinds offers online courses and digital learning resources. As such, there is no physical shipping of products.
• All course materials, access credentials, and resources are delivered electronically via email or through our platform dashboard upon successful enrollment and payment.
• For any course-related physical goods (e.g., certificates or merchandise), the shipping timelines and tracking information will be communicated directly to the student.
• Delivery timelines for physical items (if applicable) may vary based on location and courier service availability.
• KnowMinds is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers but will assist in resolving delivery issues when reported.

8. Changes to the Policy:

KnowMinds reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral policy at any time without prior notice.
